Erasmus+ Incoming Students

How to prepare for studying at the Faculty of Control, Robotics & Electrical Engineering?

1. Check who is responsible for Yours field of study

Tasks related to international exchange, including care for outgoing and incoming students, are performed by coordinators responsible for individual fields of study. There is one such person in each institute. The coordinators know all the details and will answer any questions you may have.

The Faculty coordinator is responsible for coordinating mobilities and establishing new agreements.

Field of studyCoordinator (Institute)
dr inż. Arkadiusz Dobrzycki (IEEP, faculty coordinator)
Automatic Control and Roboticsdr inż. Marcin Kiełczewski (IAR)
dr inż. Dariusz Janiszewski (IRIM)
Electrical Engineering, Elektromobilitydr hab. inż. Łukasz Knypiński (IEEP)
Mathematics of Modern Technologiesdr Alina Gleska (IM)

2. Prepare Online Learning Agreement

Have you been qualified for mobility? It is time to plan it. Immediately contact with the right coordinator to prepare study programme. The programme must be accepted by Tyree sides: You, Yours home university coordinator and right CREEF coordinator.

NOTE: You must choose courses from “List of courses available for Erasmus Students” (1) don’t use ‘old’ lists (taken from other sources). You can take courses from different fields and levels, but You can’t mix courses from winter/summer semesters. Winter semester starts in October and finishes in February; summer semester starts in March and finishes in June.

Description of the courses can be found here: https://put.poznan.pl/karty-ects/20242025.

Studying at the Faculty of Control, Robotics & Electrical Engineering

  1. Contact the PUT International Relations Office (incoming@put.poznan.pl) and ask for other formal documents (e.g. Acceptance letter), ask about accommodations and other stay matters.
  2. Consider taking part in “Orientation week” and adding “European Business Culture with Elements of Polish Language and Culture” course – it is worth 2 ECTS.
NOTE: Changes in study programme are only allowed if objective circumstances don’t allow to take part in it (e.g. overlapping).
  3. You will have an individual study plan: ask coordinator for that. Don’t try to use plan for polish students, even if course name is the same.
